Musings, Poetry Nocturnal terrors 08/20/201708/16/2017by stickysituation I wake up. I think about the nightmares that abused my mind while asleep. I forget the horrors that haunted me in my slumber until my eyes grow heavy with fatigue, lids being forcefully closed and I thrust into an unknown world, monsters crawling out to greet me, commencing the nightly cycle in which I find myself trapped.
