Questions From A Teenager 2019 – what to expect

A name and design change. Seeing as 2019 is the year I turn 20, the name of this blog will be somewhat outdated. I have been planning this for quite a while now and will also take a few days to change/update the design of this blog. I can’t wait for you to see! (Details about the big reveal will follow soon)

The Person Behind: Season 3. My interview series will have a third season, which means a new theme for the year. If you would like to be featured, contact me here.

Friendly Faces: an interview series amongst friends. I launched the first installment of this series last year, which received great feedback. I will therefore be continuing this series this year, with more interesting topics and faces to come.

The Passion Project: Music. This series previously focused on the main motivators for writing. This year, it will explore what music means to different individuals and what it sometimes manages to express above other mediums.

More lengthy articles on society, love and politics. These were received overwhelmingly well this past year. Though they require a lot of time and research, I enjoy writing them immensely and will continue to do so!

Collaborations, collaborations, collaborations. Hit me up with some ideas if you’re interested in being a part of this!

The Astrology Archive: a year-long series on both this blog and Chloe’s blog. We will take turns in writing one post monthly about astrology, star signs, etc.

More creative writing. This includes poetry, short stories and other experimental pieces.

What are some of your highlights of last year, what are you planning on achieving this year?

I hope you all had a splendid 2018, here’s to the new year!
Stay motivated, stay happy and stay you.

    1. Wow thank you, that’s so kind of you! I actually took all of this from my journal where I always do anual recaps and set new goals for the new year. And when the year ends I review them; It gives me a nice perspective of the progress I’ve made. I’m so excited for the new design as well, it’s long over-due! xx

You have traveled to so many places in Europe this year – I am seriously impressed and also very jealous!
I would love to collaborate with you. xx

    1. Thank you, I’m excited for it as well! (And of course for all of your content, I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything you do) The travelling was such a wonderful experience and I learnt so many tips and tricks on how to save money while travelling (which my bank account definitely thanked me for haha!). And great, I’ll send you an email sometime – so excited! xx

      1. Thank you!!! That means so much to me.
You should upload a blog post about everything you have learnt about how to save money whilst travelling, if you have not already. xx

  6. 2018 was an amazing year for you! The travelling though! Paris is one of my favourite places. I’m determined to book a little trip there this year. I also want to go to a poetry reading. And if I get courage, actually read aloud my own poetry. x

    1. Oh my god I can already feel how aesthetic your Paris pictures are going to be. And good for you, wanting to put yourself out there like that! I would be terrified to actually stand in front of people and read them some of my most private feelings and memories. x

        1. Same for me! Sharing my poetry and writing on here definitely made me a lot more confident when it comes to showing my work to others. And it also taught me that you are allowed to be proud of the things you create – you don’t have to hide them away, afraid of judgement. x
