A thing I don’t get is has the poet closed their eyes, and then they see the stars and the blackness? I just sort of interpreted it like that cos it seemed to make sense and was the most poetic
Thank you so much! I feel like “black and white” has a bad reputation but truthfully, I find it quite refreshing from time to time, to forget how complex the world can be, even just for a few seconds.
