A deeper dive into my music taste

Hello friends of the Internet!

It’s been a while since I have written a post about music (apart from my Monthly Music feature) so when the wonderful Liz tagged me in the 18 Songs Tag, I was thrilled at the prospect to have something music-related I could write about. I am very selective when it comes to award posts and tags but I genuinely enjoy the in-depth view this particular tag gives you into my personal taste in music. So let’s get started, shall we?*

            1. I partly agree with you on that. In a way I think music has lost some of its “innocence” if that makes any sense. But then again, I have discovered some amazing artists and bands from this century that I would deem as good as some of the greats. I think when it comes to it, it’s all about trends. And with the current music trends not really being on my preferred side of the musical spectrum, I really have to dig in order to find songs where I get that “feeling” you know, songs that DO carry meaning.
