Hiya friends of the Internet,
as some of you might recall, I actually already uploaded a post with the exact same title. Said post got a really great response from all of you, so I decided to make this a regular series on my blog! And believe me, I have already accumulated a lot of new favourites in the short time span of a month.

Just watch.
Would You Rather – Cut
I don’t know how I even stumbled upon this series but I binged all of the episodes at once. It’s so horrifying you can’t look away (even though in some cases it would be best to look away).
Conan Grey
I LOVE CONAN. Seriously, I want all of humanity to be as kind and living as he is.
How to DAD
If you like this kind of humour then you’ll definitely like How To DAD!
Series
This Is Us
I will only say this: I spent countless evenings crying because of This Is Us.
White Collar
SUCH A BRILLIANT SHOW. I watched all of it in about a month (6 seasons).
Youth & Consequences
One of my favourite YouTubers, Anna Akana, is the main character in this YouTube Red series so I had to check it out! I know it looks like your typical teen drama (which it kind of is) but it’s addictive as hell.
SKAM Italy
Out of all of the SKAM Remakes out there, SKAM Italia is definitely my favourite because it’s the most individual story I have seen so far. Skam France is basically JUST LIKE the original, Skam Germany (Druck) fails to come across as realistic and Skam Austin (Shame) makes me cringe. Make sure to put your subtiles on when watching the trailer:
Movies
Call Me By Your Name
It’s been a while since I watched this film but I’m already dying to see it again. This is easily one of the best films (and performances) of the year.
Black Panther
Such an action-packed story, definitely one of Marvel’s best films in a while. I am dying to See The Avengers: Infinity War!
The Push
L, a good friend of mine, told me about this movie and all I can say is THANK YOU. This was such a suspenseful social experiment!
Red Sparrow
I was skeptical at first but definitely positively surprised by this movie – IT’S FULL OF TWISTS AND TURNS! I did have some issues with the film and how it was executed (why do the Russians speak to each other in English with a terrible Russian accent?) but overall I found this to be a pretty solid film.
Books
A Court Of Wings and Ruin (Sarah J. Maas)
I know, I know, book nerds are probably shaking their heads at me for only Reading this recently. My reason behind waiting was that I didn’t want the series (at least with Rhys and Feyre) to end. Sarah J. Maas is a GREAT writer, definitely one of my favourites, her speciality being character development. Boy, is she skilled in that department.
What we talk about when we talk about love – Raymond Carver
Such a great collection of short stories on the various kinds of love and the problems that can present themselves, some more realistic than others. Overall a wonderfully written and emotional journey of love, forgiveness and life.
Modern Romance – Aziz Ansari
WHAT A BOOK. In my opinion every millennial should read this brilliant insight into the current state of the world of dating and how it has evolved in comparison to only a decade ago. What stood out to me was the fact that although this book relies heavily on facts, studies and statistics (and also presents them throughout the chapters) it reads extremely easily and is entertaining as hell, as Ansari (being a comedian) always throws in a little extra humour to keep it so damn interesting and relatable. READ IT.
Random Stuff
this new coconut yoghurt I found
green beans
my cat (she’s been wanting lots of cuddles as of late)
Post Animal (the band)
my journal
floral print
Fortnite
cherry blossom trees (as seen above)
spring (and all of the motivation it has brought me )
Blogs
YOU SHOULD HEAR
If you’re a music buff like me and always up for discovering new artists, then check out my good blogging friend Priya’s blog, You Should Hear. I guarantee that you will find artists you’ve never heard of before – Priya has such a great taste in music!
amberpixter – My Online Diary
Ever wanted to read the tales of someone’s life before? Good chances you have, because you’re here, reading my blog. Amber’s blog is exactly what she calls it – an online diary. AND LET ME TELL YOU. What an incredibly suspenseful life Amber lives! Definitely give her blog a visit.
The Site Of A Confused Teen
Trust me when I tell you that this dude is about as funny and insightful as they come. His writing is what drew me to his blog, his humour is what made me stay.
Indy’s Soliloquies
Indy is an incredibly open and honest writer who doesn’t shy away from topics like mental health. Her posts are always a delightful read. I also interviewed her for The Person Behind series on my blog, so stay tuned for that!
Words From Adaria
Easily one of my favourite blogs and people in this blogosphere. Arshia’s writing is incredible, something we can all take note from. We are also currently working on something together *hint – collab*, I can’t wait for you to read it!
Great list of things! I’ve been wanting to see call me by your name for a while now, this reminded me I still haven’t seen it!

so may HELL THE FUCK YESES on this list! I love White Collar (Matt Bomer being gay is legit the reason my heart is broken) and This Is Us is so damn beautiful. James Veitch’s replying to spam is freaking HILARIOUS; have you watched his video about pranking his roommate? I’m linking it for you just in case because it’s so worth the watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5d8pVg3Qtg xx

HE’S THE FUCKING BEST, so true about British comedy. We have the best humour 😉
And no, sadly I haven’t but I hope to see it soon! You know, it’s been hard man. No twitter (because that would be a death trap) and no talking too much to my Marvel geek friends who have already seen it.
YES.I.DO. I’m not really that good at it yet (my record: 3 kills before being killed in a brutal way) but I’m a secret gamer at heart thanks to my brother.

I’ve been wanting to watch Red Sparrow for quite a while now, but I just haven’t been getting the time ;-;
Also, this is weird, but I’ve been liking green beans too recently! I don’t even know why xD
Thank you so much for mentioning me in this post, I’m so honoured. Means a whole lot to me :’) Your blog is honestly one of my most favourites, and being mentioned here makes me so overwhelmed.
Can’t wait for our collab! 🙂

EASILY TWO OF THE BEST FILMS THIS YEAR. After you’ve seen it, you have to tell me what you thought! I’d like to hear a second opinion.
And lol I don’t know why either, I just woke up with a craving for them one day.
And of course I had to mention you, have you read your blog?!😂 Your writing is always something I look forward to. 🙂

I legit just saw Black Panther today and it was honestly one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. Plus Michael B Jordan?😂 Yes. I saw The Push in school for a sociology project and it was honestly so crazy. Like I find it so mad how people can actually be persuaded into doing shit like that. I really wanna watch Call Me By Your Name – all great suggestions once again. Love this post!!

Oh God Michael B Jordan – I want to marry him. And YES I was sitting there on my Couch with an open mouth by the end of The Push. Craaaaaaazy.
Dude, you have to watch Call Me By Your Name asap and tell me what you thought! Happy you found some things you liked, Alex 🙂
