Monthly Music: march 18

Heya friends of the Internet,

I hope you all had a splendid Easter weekend. March was a pretty slow month for me. For some reason I feel like I didn’t really get as much done as I wanted to, partly because March went by in the blink of an eye.

I normally accumulate close to 100 songs in each of my monthly playlists but in the sprit of… well, my spirit kind of being down, I didn’t get to listen to such a large assortment of music as I normally do. As always, my full monthly Spotify Playlist will be embedded below if you would like to check out all songs I’ve been listening to this month.

Here are my most listened to songs of February*:

*ps. by clicking on the song titles in blue, you will be directed to the song on YouTube. All songs are available on Spotify.

Those of you who watch Stranger Things might know a certain gentleman by the name of Joe Keery. I was SHOCKED to find out he actually is in one of my favourite bands! He also songs the vocals in Ralphie, one of their latest songs.

2

Even though this is quite an old song, Lisztomania always instantly puts me in a good mood. Songs like this leave me walking with a beat in my step, a smile on my face and the feeling of actually looking forward to what’s to come. Phoenix in general is a solid band, if you don’t know them already, give their music a listen!

3

SALES is an American Pop band consistent of two members and LET ME TELL YOU – if you have never heard of them, what are you doing with your life? They’re such a chill ensemble, their music managing to make even the dullest of days uplifting.

I can’t say the words

I discovered Goth Babe when I was browsing through an array of music on YouTube and instantly fell in love. Car Camping in particular is such an unique musical experience, it’s hard to put into words. Definitely check him out and leave him some love if you like his music, he is yet to blow up (I’m just sure of it)!

✏︎ What have you been listening to recently? I would love to get some March recommendations!
